What we cannot help with
- Cast autographs, set visits, or HBO account issues (contact the rights holders or your streaming provider).
- Buying or selling unofficial merchandise through this site (see Collectibles for licensed retailer links only).
- Spam or SEO pitches unrelated to Sopranos travel and rewatch guides.
Reserved cast-style addresses on this domain are not public inboxes and are not monitored for fan mail to actors.
Response times
We usually reply within a few business days. Location corrections with a photo and date get priority because they prevent bad trip advice. Automated SEO pitches and unrelated press releases are ignored.
Mailing list
When the newsletter launches, signup will live on the Newsletter page with a double opt-in and an unsubscribe link in every message. Until then, the newsletter page describes what we plan to send (location updates and new episode guides, not daily hot takes).
Privacy
We do not sell the list. Email addresses collected through Beehiiv or manual signup are used only for this newsletter. See Privacy for cookie and analytics detail if you browse the rest of the site after subscribing.
Reporting problems
If a link in a guide is dead or a location note is wrong, email hello with the page URL. We treat those reports as higher priority than general fan mail because bad trip advice wastes real time and gas.
For privacy-specific requests (copies or deletion of mail you sent us), use privacy@thesopranos.com so we can track the thread separately from general corrections.
