Plot

Tony is in no mood for business after a rough start to 1996 and his recent breakup, but he must still deal with an urgent crisis at Mob Land when Junior calls him about some "business" that needs handling. Tony's first stop on the agenda takes place across from Dr. Melfi where she notes how bad things are for her patient who has been avoiding work since Isabella disappeared and is barely keeping up his medications to counteract severe depression, which makes it difficult even when he tries harder than ever before at getting out of bed in time each morning or having a shower after days without one. Things look bleak as Tony struggles with the weight on him but then suddenly feels better again once Junior's hit attempt fails and leaves two men dead instead of just scaring off his family business rivals into hiding because now everyone knows who he really is versus pretending to be someone else while trying not get hurt by all this violence happening around us every single day without knowing why anyone wants our lives over so much money anyway. The story continues with Junior telling Tony that the hit was successful enough since one man died inside their car and another got thrown out like trash from a vending machine after being shot at point blank range during an attempt on his life which makes him realize exactly what kind of trouble they are in now because no matter how hard we try sometimes things don't go according plan even if you think everything will be okay until something goes wrong unexpectedly. Meanwhile Carmela spends time with Tony while he recovers from the shooting inside hospital rooms where Agent Harris tries convincing them both about entering witness protection program since there is too much danger involved here right now unless they can find a way out of this mess before it gets worse for everyone connected somehow directly or indirectly to mob life itself regardless how far away one might feel emotionally detached due stress caused by constant fear surrounding daily existence within criminal underworlds where loyalty means everything yet betrayal happens constantly anyway.
