Anthony continues to cause problems at home, while Pussy's divided loyalties cause him greater anguish.
Plot
Christopher connects with Amy Safir, a development executive from Hollywood scouting New Jersey mob stories for a film project. Amy works for Jon Favreau and is in New York. Christopher is immediately drawn to the attention and the possibility. He brings Amy around and pitches the idea that his life and his screenplay would make a great movie. Amy listens with professional interest.
The connection leads Christopher to a party where Jon Favreau, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck appear as themselves. Christopher is starstruck but also unsettled. He is being treated as a novelty -- a real gangster to observe -- and he is smart enough to sense this even while enjoying the attention. The gap between Hollywood's fantasy of mob life and the reality of Christopher's daily grind is vivid in these scenes.
Christopher returns from the Hollywood experience conflicted. He was energized and also hollowed out by the recognition that he will never actually leave New Jersey for the life he imagines. Dr. Melfi is seeing Carmela in individual sessions while continuing to see Tony. Tony is suspicious of the nature of these separate therapeutic relationships but says little.
